Kickstarter Update: BackerKit and Surveys

First off, a huge thank you to all of you for your incredible support and patience throughout this campaign. As this is our first Kickstarter, we’re learning a lot along the way, and we truly appreciate you bearing with us!
We’ve decided to work with BackerKit to handle surveys and fulfilment, as their system will make the process smoother and more efficient for everyone. We know that many of you have already completed the original Kickstarter survey (thank you so much for that!), but with the switch to BackerKit, the old survey no longer needs to be filled out. We will still make use of the information already provided by those of you who have completed it but we do require all backers to complete this new survey. These surveys will be sent to you all soon!
Here’s how we’re approaching this:

Clear Communication: We understand this might feel frustrating, but switching to BackerKit will streamline everything and make it easier to deliver your rewards faster. We truly believe this will benefit everyone in the long run.

Free Gift: As a thank-you for filling out the BackerKit survey, all backers will receive an in-game Dragon's Brew dragon plushie for their starter furniture collection! We’re also in the works on something even more special for the future—so stay tuned. 😉

Minimizing Repetition: For those of you with design-related rewards (like board game designs or café interiors), you will still need to fill out the new BackerKit survey like everyone else, but the design portion won’t be included this time. This means the survey will be quicker to complete, and you won’t need to repeat any information. We’ll be using the design details you’ve already submitted from the original survey, so there’s no need to fill that out again! We will be contacting you directly to go over all the details for your custom reward to ensure everything is in place smoothly. And for those who haven’t filled out the original survey yet, we will reach out personally to gather the necessary information.

Dedicated Support: Once we move to BackerKit, they will also be handling any questions or issues related to your rewards, pledges, the game, or the survey itself. They have a dedicated team ready to respond, so any queries you have should be answered much more quickly than before. This will make sure you’re well-supported throughout the process.

Kickstarter Update: Survey Questions and Discord Roles

We have received a large number of questions regarding both individual pledges and the game itself following the recent survey. We are working hard to respond to each inquiry and appreciate your patience as we address them.
Before submitting new questions, please refer to the FAQ section on both Kickstarter and Discord, as many common questions may already be answered there.
Discord Roles
Additionally, we are exploring automated solutions for assigning Discord roles, which is why we requested your full Discord name and hashtag number ID. Should automation not be possible, we will manually assign roles. We kindly ask for your understanding during this process.

First off, we want to thank all of you for your incredible support throughout the campaign! It’s been an amazing journey, and we’re excited to start delivering on everything we promised.
Unresolved Payment Issues
We want to remind everyone that there are a large number of backers with unresolved payment issues. If you’ve had trouble with your payment, please check your email for a message from ourselves and Kickstarter. We are here to help in any way we can, but please note that if the payment doesn’t process by the end of Kickstarter’s grace period, you will lose access to your rewards. So, please make sure to resolve any issues as soon as possible.
Once all payments are processed at the end of the grace period, we’ll be sending out the first of the rewards—starting with the desktop wallpaper! We’ll also be sending out a survey requesting your Discord name so you can claim your exclusive Discord roles.
